City Officers Make Arrest

08/05/11 On Thursday, August 4^th at approximately 1:20 p.m. Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department made traffic stop at the intersection of Lincoln Highway west of US 31.  Rebecca J. Sprouse, 21, of Arrington, VA was found to be driving while intoxicated.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where a $1,000.00 cash bond was set.  Sprouse has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 16^th at 8:30am. 

Just a short time later, Lorie J. Sprouse 48, of Bourbon was arrested for Public Intoxication at 1:55 a.m. near the 1200 block of Lincoln Way East by Officer Paul Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where her bond was set at $500.00 cash, which was paid on the same date at 5:30 a.m.  Lorie Sprouse is scheduled for August 23^rd at 8:30 a.m. in Marshall County Superior Court #2.
