07/25/11 On Wednesday, July 20th at 12:29 am Plymouth Police Officer Wally Deerfield arrested David Deacon, 47, of Plymouth for Public Intoxication in the 2000 Block of North Michigan Street. Deacon was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $500.00 cash bond. Deacon is scheduled to appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 will be on August 9th at 8:30am.
In the early morning hours of Thursday, July 21st around 12:43 am, Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department made a traffic stop at the intersection of US 31 just south of 9A Road. During the investigation it was found that driver, Richard F. Hinsey 26, of Rochester was operating the vehicle while intoxicated along with carrying a handgun without a license. Also in the vehicle was John W. Elchert, 35, of Rochester who was also intoxicated and carrying a handgun without a license. Both were arrested and taken into the Marshall County Jail where Hinsey was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and carrying a handgun without a license. Hinsey’s bond was set at $1000.00 cash. Elchert was charged with Public Intoxication and Carrying a handgun without a License. His cash bond set at $1500.00. Both are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 9th at 8:30am.
