01/02/12 On Wednesday, December 28th at approximately 9:30 p.m. the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive, for an unwanted guest.  Upon arriving at the store, Officer Gary Cleveland found that James McMichael 21, of Plymouth was shopping in the store when he had previously been told not to return to the property after he had been charged with shoplifting.  When Mr. McMichael was arrested and searched, Officer Cleveland found that he was also in possession of marijuana.  McMichael was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of paraphernalia, and Trespassing…enters after being denied entrance.  Mr. McMichael’s bond was set at $2,000.00 cash.  He is scheduled to appearance in Marshall County Superior Court II on January 10th at 8:30am. 

 On Thursday, December 29th around 4:15 p.m. Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart when they received another call for an unwanted guest.  Upon arrival, Matthew D. Hamilton 22, of Knox was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County jail where he was booked in for Trespassing after being denied entrance. His bond was set at $1500.00 cash.  Hamilton is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on January 24th at 8:30am.

Officer Gilmer made another arrest at Encore Consignment Shop located in downtown Plymouth on Thursday, December 29th around 6:00 p.m. The Plymouth Police Department was contacted by an employee from the Encore Consignment Shop who stated that there was a female that was shoplifting in the store.  Upon arrival, Jessica K. Taylor 21, of Plymouth was arrested for theft.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, and was given a $1,000.00 cash bond.  Taylor is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on January 24th at 8:30am.
