06/27/11 On Wednesday, June 22nd at 6:26 A.M. Officer Jordan Rans with the Plymouth Police Department responded to 1311 Holloway Drive in reference to two males arguing. Upon arriving Officer Rans arrested 19 year old Brandon M. Carpenter of Pennsylvania Avenue for minor consumption. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $250 bond.
Later that day at 3:27 P.M. Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a male subject that was trespassing. Upon arriving Officer Pippenger made contact with 25 year old William Allen Carr Pierce of Kewanna. He was taken into custody and was found to be in possession of a stolen item from Wal-Mart. Pierce was charged with theft and criminal trespassing. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond.
