04/14/11 On Wednesday, April 13th at 12:14 AM Officer Jordan Rans with the Plymouth Police Department responded to 301 Skylane Drive in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arriving on the scene Officer Rans observed no fight at the location. He furthered his investigation which led to the arrest of 20 year old William J. Collins of Lake Avenue on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol. Also arrested was 24 year old Robert Heiman of Culver for a charge of public intoxication and 25 year old Daniel Pranger of Holloway Drive for another charged of public intoxication. All three subjects was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on $500 bonds.
