05/24/11 Plymouth Police arrest one in Disturbance call. 

On Saturday May 21st at approximately 2:30 a.m. Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Lave Avenue for a disturbance complaint. At that time, William D. Freck 22, of Plymouth was arrested for Public Intoxication.   Freck was transported to the Marshall County Jail where his bond was set at $500.00 cash. He was released on May 23rd at 3:25 a.m. with no judicial review and has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 21st. 

On Monday May 23rd there were two more arrests. About 8:00 p.m. Officer Paul Stamper made an arrest at the intersection of North Center Street and Adams Street when it was found that driver Christopher A. Cole 44, of Plymouth was driving on a suspended license. Cole was transported to the County Jail where his bond was set at $750.00 cash.  Cole has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 7th.  

Then around 9:00 p.m. Corporal Bridget Hite responded to the 400 block of West Washington Street where there was a complaint of subjects drinking. At the time of the stop there were three subjects, although, Sarah E. Tabor 20, of Plymouth was the only one arrested.  She was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Minor Consumption.  Her bond was set at $250.00 cash, and she is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court #2 on June 28th

Wednesday morning May 25th at 1 a.m. Officer Wally Derifield served a warrant on 34 year old Jason Denney at 108 North Michigan Street.  Denney has a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.  He was held with no bond in the Marshall County Jail.
