07/21/11 On Tuesday July 19th at approximately 1:00 p.m. Officer Steve DeLee of the Plymouth Police Department saw a motorcycle traveling northbound on Western Ave going 46 MPH, in a 35 MPH zone.  The motorcycle was stopped in the K-mart parking lot, and it was then discovered that the drive, Robert Segraves, 37, of Walkerton was found to have been driving on a suspended license that was revoked for a lifetime.  Segraves was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 3:20 p.m.  Segraves is scheduled to appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 16th at 8:30am.

In the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 20th at around 1:00 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper responded to the 600 block of Angel Street for a domestic.  During the investigation it was learned that Phillip T. Martin Jr. 38, of Plymouth was involved in a domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age.  Martin was placed into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where his bond was set at $1,000.00 cash.  Martin has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 23rd at 8:30am.
