03/07/11 On Friday, March 4th just after 1 a.m. the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Eagle’s Lodge located at 404 West LaPorte Street in reference an unwanted guest. Upon arriving Officer Jordan Rans located 41 year old Aaron Williams of Bourbon in the parking lot. Upon further investigation it was learned that Williams was intoxicated. He was arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Public Intoxication, Battery on Law Enforcement, and Resisting Arrest. Williams was able to post his $1,000 cash bond at 10:30 a.m. and was released.
On the evening of March 4th, about 8:30 Plymouth Police responded to Wal-Mart at 2505 North Oak Drive in reference to a female subject that was in the store that had a no trespass order. Upon investigation it was learned that subject, 27 year old Donielle Good of Plymouth had an active no trespass order for Wal-Mart. She was arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond. She was released Friday evening at 5:55 after posting bond.
On Saturday, March 5th at 12:47 a.m. Plymouth Police were dispatched to a call at Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive in reference to a female subject shoplifting. Upon arriving at the store Officer Tim Taberski located the subject who was identified as 41 year old Tammy Overmyer of Argos. Overmyer was arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for theft under $100,000.00. Her bond is set at $1,000.00. She bonded out in less than two hours.
Plymouth Police Officer Jason Dobbins made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Jefferson and 8th Street in Plymouth on Sunday at 3:19 in the afternoon. Driver of the vehicle, 27 year old Donielle Good of Plymouth was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge. Good was transported to the Marshall County Jail. Bond was set at $1,500. Good will be appearing in at Superior Court 2 on April 12th, at 8:30.
