07/19/11 On Friday, July 15th about noon Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of North Michigan and Washington Streets.  It was found that driver, Wilber Castro Marin, 35, of Logansport was driving without ever receiving a license.  Officer Miller transported Mr. Marin to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $250.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 1:55 p.m.  Marin has a scheduled court appearance set for August 2nd at 8:30 a.m. in Marshall County Superior Court #2.

Around 4:40 p.m. Officer Derek Workman of the Plymouth P. D. arrested William B. Hanson 50, of Plymouth for public intoxication in the 100 block of Liberty Street.  Hanson was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $500.00 cash bond.  Due to no judicial review, Hanson was released on July 17th at 2:48 p.m.  He has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 30th at 8:30am.

Late in the evening hours of Saturday, July 16th around 10:50 p.m. Officer Rans conducted a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Street and Skylane Drive.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as Noel Sosa Cuarenta, 41, of Plymouth who was driving without ever receiving a license.  Cuarenta was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 11:55 p.m.  He has a scheduled court appearance on August 9th at 8:30 a.m. in Marshall County Superior Court #2.
