06/15/11  On Monday, June 13th about 10:45 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer John Weir was dispatched to Wal-Mart for a theft complaint.  It was found that 42 year old Tonia Sobieck of Plymouth was shoplifting. Weir transported Sobieck to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Theft, a Class D Felony with a $1,000.00 cash bond. She has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 will be on July 5th at 8:30am.

Then in the early morning of Tuesday, June 14th about 2:50 Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth P. D. made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Road and US 30.  38 year old Timothy Sousley of Plymouth was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Sousley was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle After Being Adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator. There is a $1,000.00 cash bond set for his release and he is scheduled to appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 5th at 8:30am.
