6/28/11 Plymouth Police arrests three in Mobile Meth Lab

On Friday June 24th at approximately 8:20 p.m. K-9 Officer John Weir conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan and Dickson Streets for littering.  After making contact with the occupants, Weir walked K-9 Rex around the vehicle and he indicated the presence of narcotics.   The vehicle was searched and a meth lab and methamphetamines were found.   Ronald Obenchain 39, Tim Zick 24, and Jeremy Knew 30, all of Plymouth were all arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Zick and Obenchain were charged with dealing/delivering/manufacturing methamphetamines with a $100,000.00 cash bond, and Knew was charged with Dealing/delivering/manufacturing methamphetamines and Possession of Methamphetamines and Paraphernalia with a $100,000.00 cash bond.

Then later Friday evening around 11:30 Officer Paul Stamper made a traffic stop at the intersection of North Michigan Street and 7B Road.  It was found that Michelle L. Stuckmeyer 37, of Plymouth was intoxicated.  Stuckmeyer was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a $1000.00 cash bond.  She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 will be on July 5th at 8:30am.

Officer Stamper stayed busy with another arrest on Saturday, June 25th at 1:30 a.m. when he conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of North Michigan Street and Airport Road.   Grace A. Hurley 30, of Culver was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.   A $1000.00 cash bond was set along with a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 5th at 8:30am.

Officer Jordan Rans was dispatched to the Plymouth Open Bible Church located at 1007 West Madison Street on June 26th at 1:27 a.m. in reference to subjects breaking windows and entering the church. Upon arrival Jordan Shepard 18, of Plymouth and a 17 year old male juvenile were located inside the church.  Shepard was arrested a transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Burglary, Illegal Consumption of Alcohol and Public Intoxication. There is no bond set for Shepard at this time.  He has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 is on July 5th.

Corporal Bridget Hite also made an arrest this weekend, on Sunday, June 26th at approximately 7:00 p.m. Officer Hite responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a female subject pushing unpaid items out of the store. Upon arrival Officer Hite arrested Billie JO Griffo 41, of Knox and transported her to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft with a $1000.00 cash bond which was paid at 10:57 p.m. Sunday and she was released.   Griffo is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on July 12 at 8:30am.
