6/14/11 Plymouth Police arrest one in May theft case.
On June 7th Officer James Brown transported Jonathon Ferch 21, of Plymouth to the Police Department to provide a statement in reference to his part in the thefts from several vehicles back on May 19th 2011. After questioning Ferch, he was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for two counts of theft with a $1000.00 cash bond. He has a scheduled court appearance is in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on June 14th at 8:30am.
On June 8th at around 12:30 a.m. Officer Joe Deisch made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Center and Jackson Streets. It was found that Toniann R. Patrick 20, of Plymouth was transporting alcohol illegally. She was transported to the County Jail where she was booked in for Minor Transporting Alcohol with a $250.00 cash bond. Patrick is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 5th at 8:30am.
Corporal Bridget Hite responded to Wal-Mart on Oak Drive for a subject that was shoplifting. Upon an investigation Matthew R. Woods 21, of Plymouth was arrested for theft and transported to Marshall County Jail where a $2000.00 cash bond was paid at 11:30pm on the same date. He has a scheduled court appearance set for July 12th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #1.
