06/17/11 Members of the Plymouth Common Council were notified this week that Republic Services (Key Waste Services) will be starting to pass out 96 gallon toter carts on Tuesday, July 5th to all current city customers. These recycling carts will be blue with a green lid that says recycling on the lid. Key Waste estimates is will take them approximately three weeks to get them all passed out.
These carts are exactly like the trash toters but the lid color will be green. These carts will be for recycle products only. They ask that you please no put any trash in the recycling toter cart.
You will receive placement instructions and a list of items that can be recycled with the cart.
These new toters are being done by Key Waste to promote recycling and to make it easier on their customers to recycle. Remember, recycling keeps these items out of the landfill and help save our country’s environment.
