04/04/11 The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 8:30 in their second floor meeting room in the County Building. The agenda has a number of items including the request of County Clerk Julie Fox for the replacement of personnel. Melody Kruger, the county’s CASA director will present her quarterly report and Kathleen Randolph from Workforce Solutions will discuss activities in Marshall County.
The Commissioners will consider Ordinance 2011-03 the Drainage and Sediment Control Ordinance on 2nd reading and County Highway Superintendent Neal Haeck will present his departmental activity. Also on the agenda is Ron Wireman from DLZ with an update on the Pioneer Drive project and County Auditor Penny Lukenbill will present the March 21st minutes for approval and the April Claims.
The Commissioners are expected to set the minimum bids for their certificate sale and an approximate date will be discussed.
The County Commissioners meeting is open to the public for comments and questions and the public is urged to attend.
