02/07/11 The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 8:30 a.m. Monday in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the meeting includes the request of Duane Culp to use County property in the area of the County High Garage and Shady Rest for soccer fields for the Plymouth Travel Soccer league.  Also scheduled in the County Auditor for February claims and County Attorney report who is expected to discuss the relinquishment agreement with the State for a section of U.S. 31 and Michigan Road north of Argos.

County Treasurer Deb VanDeMark will discuss vending machines, EMA Director Clyde Avery will present his monthly report and Clerk of the Courts, Julie Fox will present the renewal contract for Microvote.

Neal Haeck will report on activities in the County Highway Department and Jeff Million from DLZ will update the commissions on the bridge replacement project on 13th Road.

At 10 a.m. Greg Wendling from USI will discuss with the commissioners their recommendation of the 7th Road alignment.

In other business the commissioner will make an appointment to the Health Board.

The commissioners meeting is open to the public for comments and questions and begins at 8:30 a.m. Monday morning.
