01/03/11 The Marshall County Commissioners will conduct their first meeting of the new year on Monday, January 3rd at 8:30 a.m. in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.

The first order of business is the reorganization of the board with the election of officers and the appointment of a representative to MACOG.

Marshall County Emergency Management Director Clyde Avery will present his 2010 year end report while citizen Connie Yates will discuss her concerns with the commissioners.  Also on the agenda is the County Highway department report by Neal Haeck and the County Attorney Report by Jim Clevenger.

The County Auditor will present the minutes from the December 31st meeting and the January claims.

Listed under commissioner items is a resolution for SRI to assist with a Commissioners Sale and revisions to the ordinance for Timekeeping system guidelines.

The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public for comments and questions and begins at 8:30 a.m. in the County Building.
