08/01/11 The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building. Agenda for the meeting includes the monthly report of EMA Director Clyde Avery and consideration of an update resolution for annexes B & D.
Kenny Jones from Wightman-Petrie will update the Commissioners on the sewer project at Koontz Lake and County Clerk Julie Fox and members of the Election Board will discuss redistricting. Michael Marshall will update the commissioners on the new phone system for the County Building and the Court House and County Attorney Jim Clevenger will give his report.
County Highway Superintendent Neal Haeck will review the activities of his department while Ron Wireman from DLZ will update the Commissioners on the Pine Road improvement project. County Auditor Penny Lukenbill will present the July 18th meeting minutes for approval and the August claims and the commissioner will consider a grant application by Older Adult Services.
The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public for comments and questions.
