11/07/11 On November 1st around 3:47 p.m, Marshall County Police Detective Duane Culp investigated a burglary in the 6,000 block of Olive Road.  Sometime between October 30th at 10:30 p.m. and October 31st at 5:00 a.m. an unknown subject entered the residence and stole a Kel-Tec 380 semi- automatic.  A grey older model station wagon was seen in the area the evening of the theft.

On Wednesday, November 2nd at approximately 7:09pm, Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Oak Road and Jefferson Street.  It was found that driver Phillip F. Greenlee 60, of Plymouth was driving the vehicle intoxicated.  Greenlee was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on October 3rd at 5:30am.  A scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 will be held on November 15th at 8:30am. 

On Thursday, November 3rd at approximately 4:22am, Officer Nick Young of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Walmart located at 2505 North Oak Drive in reference to a suspicious female attempting to return items to the store that were not purchased there.  After an investigation it was found that the female identified as Monica Hunt 24, of Knox had a warrant out of Marshall County for a failure to appear on a Felony warrant.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Hunt has no bond set at this time.

On Thursday, November 4th around 12:07am Officer Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Michigan Street.  It was found that driver Pedro Pinon 34, of Plymouth was driving the vehicle while suspended.  Pinon was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $750.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 1:20am.  He has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on November 29th at 8:30am.
