01/27/11 The Marshall County Plan Commission will meet Thursday, January 27th at 7:30 p.m. in room 203 of the County Building.
Agenda for the meeting includes election of officers for the new year and appointments. The agenda also includes an amendment to Article 6, Section 200 Signs in the County’s Comprehensive Plan. The recommendation is to add Rural Outdoor Sign standards.
Other agenda items are Connie Yates who feels that her zoning complaints have not been acted on by the Plan Director, the Director’s report on making his position part-time as requested by the County Commissioners, rules of procedure to update the fee schedule and a discussion on the County’s Drainage Ordinance.
The Marshall County Plan Commission meeting is open to the public for comments and questions.
