November 15, 2011

11/16/11 On Wednesday, November 9th at approximately 7:15pm, Marshall County Police Officer Rob Hafke responded to 7B Road just east of Pine Road. The driver, Eugene Vanvynckt said he was traveling westbound on 7B Road in his 1997 Jeep Cherokee when he was distracted by his cell phone. The distraction caused his vehicle to drift into the westbound shoulder. The shoulder was a steep drop-off and consequently pulled his Jeep into the ditch.
