01/27/10 On Monday, January 24th the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated the theft of radiators from a local salvage yard on 5C Road. Officer Jeff Sharp spoke to the victim who said the suspect drove a full size Ford van. They removed approximately 22 radiators from a storage building during the early morning hours of Monday.
Monday morning just before noon Deputy Larry Snyder was dispatched to the 12,000 of State Road 17 in reference to the theft of a vehicle from WR Auto Repair. A 1995 GEO Tracker, blue, in color bearing Indiana Veteran Plate VW2904 was taken some time after 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 22nd.
Witnesses told Officer Snyder that a subject driving a small red vehicle that was broken down was at the location when the vehicle came up missing.
