06/21/11 On Monday, June 13th at around 11:00 p.m. an unknown person drove by the residence of 8437 Quince Road and shot paint balls at the home. The paint balls hit the siding and the storm door; however no permanent damage was done. Then on Wednesday, June 15th Patrolman Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of State Road 17 and Crest Lane. The driver, Jose F. Garcia 30, of Plymouth was found to have an active warrant and a suspended driver’s license. Mr. Garcia was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $750.00 cash bond on the driving offense and held with no bond for the warrant for a Failure to Appear on a misdemeanor. Garcia is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 12th at 8:30am.
