02/23/11 Marshall County Voter Registration Deputy, Shelly Brown announced Tuesday that Ralph E. Ganshorn withdrew his name for candidacy for the Plymouth City Council candidate for the District 2 seat on the Democratic ticket. Ganshorn had filed in the last hour on Friday, February 18th for the position.
There are two Republicans on the ballot for the District 2 seat for the May primary election; Bill Watson and Don Ecker, Jr.
