11/15/11 Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness at the LifePlex will host a panel of experts speaking on back pain during a special Community Outreach Education program on Tuesday evening. “Back Pain Answers” will be the program on Tuesday, November 15th, 6:30pm
“Back Pain Answers” is a free one hour program to give you options for treatment and self-care in place of chronic back pain. Medical experts in the field will give you an overview of the best practices for alleviating this condition that can rob you of quality living. The panel of specialists includes Orthopedic Surgeon Henry W. DeLeeuw, M.D., Spine Surgery, South Bend Orthopedics; Radiologist Dr. Depersio, from IU Health, Physical Therapists Amber Trump, MSPT, CLT-LANA, LifePlex Rehab; and Mary Holm, BSPT, Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness.
