Who of us couldn't use a little extra money in our pockets in these hard times. The Payroll Tax funds Social Security doesn't it? Is there really anything in our Soc.Sec. fund besides IOU's? What the passage of this two-month act means is we'll get to hear all the bickering and blaming again in a few short weeks and you all will be back to your 'political games'.
