12/19/11  The Marshall County Drainage Board and Commissioner will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 a.m.

The Drainage Board will open maintenance bids on the Deep Creek Outlet Arm and the Stock Heston Ditch.  The advertised meeting on the Crowel Hearing was postponed and will be scheduled at a later date.

The Commissioners meeting will begin at 9:30 with Sheriff Chamberlin doing a staff recognition.  Lenny Berkey from Bourbon will request EPIC Tower use and Jim Bettin from NIPSCO will request a road cut at 5B and King Road.  They have actually already placed the pipe without permission from the County.

Del Wenzel and Ralph Booker will discuss the Southpoint Subdivision and Rich Ulrich will speak about the elevator issues in the County Building.  Reports will be heard from Neal Haeck from the Highway Department, Jim Clevenger the County Attorney and minutes and claims in the County Auditor’s report.

The Commissioners are expected to approve their 2012 meeting dates, accept the recommendation from the Sick Bank Board for 2012 donation, make their appointments to the Alcohol Beverage Commission and discuss the need for a December 30th meeting.
