08/15/11 The Marshall County Drainage Board will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 a.m.  Their agenda includes the Morris Public Hearing at 8:45 and the Southpoint Subdivision Public Hearing at 9:15.

The County Commissioners will meet Monday at 9:30 in their second floor meeting room.  Their agenda includes a public hearing on the Clyde Alley Vacation and a public hearing on an amendment to the flood maps in the Zoning Ordinance.

Also on the agenda is a discussion of the Town of LaPaz and their police department and Lee Rodriguez from Liberty National Life.  Sheriff Tom Chamberlin will discuss the Securus Inmate Phone System and Neal Haeck from the County Highway Department will discuss activities in his department while Jeff Million will update the commissioner on Bridge 89, the 13th Road Bridge.

Monday’s agenda also includes the County Attorney’s Report and the Auditor’s Report.

The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public for comments and questions.
