08/18/11 Tuesday afternoon just after 1 P.M. the Marshall County Dispatch Center received multiple 9-1-1 calls in reference to a single vehicle accident south of Plymouth and south of the US 31 and Michigan Road intersection.
Personnel with the Plymouth Fire and EMS as well as Marshall County Police officers responded to the scene. The found a white passenger vehicle that was lodged into the southeast corner of a residence at 12248 US 31.
The Driver of the vehicle, 19 year old Lucas Scott McCallen of Plymouth was trapped inside the vehicle. He was easily removed and transported to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth with minor injuries.
He was treated and released at the hospital and then transported by Officer Jonathan Bryant to the Marshall County Jail for reckless driving which apparently cause by operating with a scheduled I or II controlled substance. His bond was set at $1,000 and he will appear in Marshall Superior Court #2.
