		<description>Its a very good development, but there are still a few holes in it.  Denying sales means that they will try with a different person with a different ID or wait another day.  

This system should look for buying trends and report them to law enforcement officials.  I don&#039;t know about most people, but I normally need *one* package during Pollen season--not once a few days or once a week! Only they know if the people have had prior histories or associate with people known to be or have done production.  It would be nice to have something designed by people who understand how data is analyzed, rather than lawmakers who can&#039;t see the potential of what such a system can realize.</description>
