I don't know about most people, but I normally need *one* package during Pollen season--not once a few days or once a week! Only they know if the people have had prior histories or associate with people known to be or have done production. It would be nice to have something designed by people who understand how data is analyzed, rather than lawmakers who can't see the potential of what such a system can realize.
