09/15/11 On Wednesday, September 14 at approximately 1:20 in the morning Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department made traffic stop at the intersection of Oak Road and US 30. It was found that Michael R. Gallant 38, of Plymouth was operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. Gallant was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,000.00 cash bond. He has a scheduled appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on October 4th.
