09/21/11 Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department made an arrest on Sunday, September 18th. Officer Weir served a warrant at 1417 Holloway Drive on 19 year old Paul J. Graham. When Mr. Graham was confronted just after 9 p.m. and ordered to the ground, he took off running. Plymouth’s K-9 Rex apprehended him. He was taken into custody and after being medically checked was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was additionally charged with illegal consumption and resisting law enforcement.
