10/19/11 The Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce will host the Annual Halloween Trick-or-Treat in downtown Plymouth on Saturday, October 29th.  The day begins with a Costume Contest at noon sponsored by Century Link, Showland Cinema and the Pilot News.  Children ages 4 to 12 should be on Garro Street between the Museum and Centier Bank for judging which begins at noon.  You can pre-register by October 26 by calling the newspaper.

Other activities on the 29th include the annual Halloween Costume Parade at 12:45 and the Downtown Merchant’s Trick-or-Treat from 1 to 3 p.m.   

Mayor Mark Senter and the City Council members have designated Monday, October 31st at the date for the City’s Trick or Treat.  Witches, ghosts, princesses and more will go door to door from 5-7 p.m. gathering goodies from homes with their porch lights on.
