Health Fair at LifePlex Sept. 21st

09/07/11 The LifePlex in Plymouth Indiana will be hosting the LifePlex Health Fair September 21^st, from 7AM to 7PM.  Free health screenings will take place throughout the day.  Speakers and presentations will be held on various health related topics.  The Keynote Speaker for the health fair will be Marci Crozier, NBC’s Biggest Loser Season 11 Contestant at 6PM in the LifePlex Conference room.  Ms. Crozier will be speaking on her experience on the Biggest Loser and on the topic of “Women’s Health and Wellness”.  Some of the events for the day will include a cooking demonstration, doubles ping-pong tournament ($5 entry fee) Plymouth Youth Orchestra performance,LifePlexDanceAcademy performance, and a Silver Sneakers Class.  Grand prize drawings will be held for a Hot Air Balloon ride for two donated by Oldies 94.3 and The Chief AM 1050 and a family membership to Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness at LifePlex.
