11/29/11 On Wednesday, November 23rd around 9:15pm Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Glenn Overmyer Drive and Olive Trail.  His investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Ronnie L. McNeal 40, of Plymouth.   McNeal was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held with a $1,000.00 cash bond.  McNeal was released on November 25th at 9:35pm, with no judicial review.  His court date is scheduled for December 6th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #2.

On Thursday, November 24th at 9:00pm, Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to the 400 block of LaPorte Street in reference to a domestic violence call.  Alberto Broines 50, of Plymouth left the scene and then returned while officers were present.  Broines was found to be intoxicated and was transported to the County Jail where he was booked in for operating a vehicle While Intoxicated.  His bond was set at $1,000.00 cash.  Broines was released on November 25th at 9:35pm with no judicial review.

On Thursday, November 24th at 3:36 am, Sergeant Joe Deisch of the conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Fifth Street in Plymouth.  Jorgie T. Terrones 25, of Plymouth was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated.  He was arrested and transported to the Jail where he was booked in with a $2,000.00 cash bond.  Terrones was released on November 26th at 3:48am with no judicial review.

On Friday, November 25th at 1:21am, Sergeant Deisch arrested Juan Morales 22, of South Bend after he conducted a traffic stop in the 2,000 block of North Michigan Street for not having ever received a license.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in and was given a $250.00 cash bond which was paid upon his release on the same date at 5:10 am.  Morales is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 20th at 8:30am.
