01/07/11 Plymouth Park and Recreation Director, Gina Young took a beautiful picture in the park on Thursday morning during the snow. Her comment was “It’s beautiful in the Park.” She is encouraging folks to take time to enjoy the parks in all seasons. The walking trail is open daily for walkers, runners and bike riders.
Those of you who enjoy sledding may be heading to the sledding hill at the back of Centennial Park this weekend with the prediction of snow. The park will be offering hot chocolate at the sledding hill at noon on Saturdays in January weather permitting.
Take some time and come wander the many parks in the Plymouth Park Department System.
