01/24/10  On Wednesday, January 19th at 7:24 a.m.  the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call from 3450 Nutmeg Road in Plymouth for the report of a theft from a vehicle.  Officer Rick Kanarr was dispatched to investigate.  A car stereo amplifier was stolen from the vehicle during the overnight or early morning hours. The stolen equipment was a dual brand amplifier, 400 watt, model XPE2700.

A short time later at 8:50 a.m. the Sheriff’s Department received a call from 17011 14th Road in reference to the theft from the residence.  Officer Jeff Sharp was dispatched to the break-in.  The burglary included the theft of power tools which may have occurred in the early morning hour of Wednesday.  Articles taken were a brand new Sears Craftsman chainsaw with an 18 inch bar along with a 19.2 volt Sears cordless drill which was missing the battery pack.  .

At 7:42 p.m. The Marshall County Police Department received a phone call from the maintenance man at Gate Wood Estates in reference to a verbal fight.   The caller reported advised of yelling and screaming coming from lot 17.   Officer Ryan Hollopeter was dispatched to the scene.  As he knocked on the door of lot 17 the male subject that came to the door told him that John Bush Jr. had just ran out the back of the trailer because he had warrants.

After a short foot pursuit, Bush was located and taken into custody.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on two felony warrants for failure to appear, resisting law enforcement a class A misdemeanor and public intox. a class B misdemeanor.
