11/03/11 On Tuesday, November 1st around 9:15pm, Indiana State Trooper Keith Bikowski conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Skylane Drive just west of Michigan Street on a 1999 Red Chrysler Town and Country van. The driver, Hector Rodriguez 18, of Plymouth provided false identity to law enforcement in attempt to conceal his identity. It was found that he had never received a driver’s license in the United States. Rodriguez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Identity deception, operating a vehicle while never receiving a license, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond was set at $1,000.00 cash.
A juvenile female was also in the vehicle and was also cited for providing false information to law enforcement, possession of tobacco, and possession of a synthetic cannabinoid a.k.a Mr. Smiley, K-2, Spice.
Mr. Rodriguez is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on November 29th at 8:30am.
