01/12/111 Officers from the Plymouth Police Department responded to Skate – A – Way located at 500 West Madison Street on Friday evening January 7th in reference to a security guard at the skating rink having an issue with a male subject identified as Michael Pittman.
Prior to city officers arriving, Mr. Pittman left the skating rink and was later located at his residence on Broadway. While officers were having a conversation with Mr. Pittman a neighbor, 53 year old Kevin Michael Abriam of Broadway Street came out yelling at officers. Mr. Abriam was advised to go back inside and complied but came back outside two more times. He was finally arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement and intimidation. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $1,000.
Michael Pittman was given a citation to appear in court.
