04/18/11 On Wednesday, April 13th at 8:15 p.m. Plymouth Police Officers responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter that had fled the store. Officer Jason Dobbins initiated a foot pursuit that went through the Pioneer Seed wetlands area.
24 year old Jacob A Scott of Knox was apprehended and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in for theft and resisting law enforcement.
