03/18/11 A probation home visit on Tuesday, March 15th resulted in the arrest of 29 year Daniel Henderson of Bremen.
On Tuesday officer with the Indiana State Police and probation officers went to 8447 Carter Street at Lake of the Woods to check on Henderson. During a search of the home officers found several precursors to make methamphetamine, approximately 8 grams of meth, schedule two and three controlled substances, a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
There were two children under the age of 8 in the house at the time of the search.
Henderson was transported to the Marshall County Jail by Trooper and booked into the Jail for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, dealing in controlled substances, maintaining a common nuisance and child endangerment.
Henderson was held with no bond.
