04/15/11 On Tuesday, April 12th, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department requested that Plymouth Officers attempt to locate registered sex offender Christopher Langley regarding an active Arrest Warrant for Mr. Langley.  It was determined that Mr. Langley had not been living at the address listed in the sex offender registry for over a month.

On April 4, 2011 the Plymouth Police Department received a report regarding a Battery that had occurred in the 300 block of East Garro Street in Plymouth.  Christopher Langley had been identified as the suspect in the case.  He had fled the scene before City Officers arrived and they were not able located him at that time.  An investigation revealed that Mr. Langley had battered a juvenile and threatened him.

Plymouth Police Detective Leo Mangus located Langley on the morning of April 13.  Mr. Langley has two previous convictions of Failure to Register. Langley was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Failure to Register with a previous conviction, a class C Felony, Battery – a class A Misdemeanor and Intimidation a class A Misdemeanor.

His bond was set at $10,000.00 cash.  He is also being held for Kosciusko County.
