06/03/11  This Friday, June 3rd at the Action Track of the Midwest, Plymouth Speedway along with Lincoln Welders presents “Schools Out for the Summer” featuring the Outlaw Late Models, Late Models and Street Stocks.  Those 17 and under presenting a student I.D. or the latest report card will be admitted FREE.  Also added to the card for the first time in 2011 are the 4-cylinder Mini Stocks.  Management is hoping the Mini Stocks show their support to Plymouth Speedway as there is a possibility they could be added to the schedule in the future.  $300 is up for grabs for the Mini Stock feature along with a 5 ft. trophy to the winner!  In addition, there is a $50 bonus to the highest finishing Mini Stock that is on street tires.  The Front Wheel Drive division is also encouraged to compete with the Mini Stocks and they too will be offered the same $50 bonus for the highest finishing FWD on street tires.

If you haven’t yet experienced the Oliver Ford Lincoln Opening Ceremonies you must make it a point to attend this Friday night.  Management wants you to walk away after the race program is over wanting to tell your fellow race fans, friends and family what an awesome time you had.  They are always thinking of ways to make your experience at Plymouth Speedway a memorable one.   It is owner Ed Kennedy and promoter Eric Saunders goal to make the 3/8 mile asphalt oval a premier facility and they are well on their way to making this a reality.
