in the area of 818 West Madison Street in Plymouth heard some kind of explosion Tuesday morning about 6:30. The noise was an intentional explosion by the Indiana State Police Emergency Response Section (ERS). They were assisting members of the Marshall County Multi Agency Drug Unit (MAD) who were serving a search warrant for the home and used a flash bang.
The warrant was the result of a pseudoephedrine violation case conducted by the MAD Unit. Two individuals were taken into custody, 61 year old James R. Garman and 59 year old
Jennifer C. Garman both of the Madison Street address. They were lodged in the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance.
Additional suspects have been identified in the case and area police are searching for them.
Members of the Marshall County Multi Agency Drug Unit who responded to this crime were from the Plymouth Police Department and the Bremen Police Department along with Indiana State Police Troopers.
