01/02/12 Quentin Flagg, Ed Parzygnat and Steve Bobbitt..also knows as The Juke Box Trio entertained at Miller’s Senior Living Community on Saturday, Dec. 31 for the annual New Year’s Eve Party.

Following a delicious luncheon special the residents gathered in the Main Lobby.   Ed Parzygnat of Chicago began the concert with his tribute to Johnny Cash singing favorites which included “Ring of Fire”, “I Walk The Line”, and “Folsom Prison Blues”.  Next, Steve Bobbitt of Peoria, IL. paid tribute to Rod Stewart singing well known songs “Forever Young”, We’re Having A Party”, and  “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You”.

Plymouth favorite Quentin Flagg took over the stage singing his high-energy favorites such as “Splash Splash”, “Sway”, “Rock Around The Clock” and more.  To everyone’s enjoyment sound technician Bill Downey joined Flagg on the song “Sweet Home Chicago”  as volunteers Maggie Flagg, Tracie Wilson, and Kathy Ambrose passed out champagne and sparkling grape juice the Juke Box Trio took the stage together to toast in the New Year.

Flagg started the count-down as residents and guests joined in.  At 2:00 p.m. balloons dropped from the balcony and everyone toasted to 2012 and a happy, healthy new year.  The trio took time to pose for photos before they headed to their evening gigs.
