03/16/11 You’ve got a Minute to Win It. NBC’s newest sensation hosted by chef and TV personality Guy Fieri from “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” has started a game revolution online and across the country. People are playing these deceptively difficult games at home, at work and at parties.   Ten challenges using household items. 60 seconds on the clock. Prizes on the line. Think you can do it? The Argos Lady Dragon Volleyball Team, in conjunction with the Argos High School Athletic Department, is hosting a Minute to Win It Fundraiser, based on the popular NBC show this Saturday, March 19th in the main gym.

Minute to Win It features simple games or tasks you can do at home, yet hard to do under pressure, and in under 60-seconds.  If you would like to enter a team, contact Argos High School right away (892-5137).  The fun on March 19th starts with opening rounds at 8:30 A.M. and concludes with the championship rounds at 8PM.  Winners will receive gift packages from the many participating sponsors.

Tickets at the door are only 5-dollars and concessions will be available.  Proceeds will help to fund the new Volleyball Program at Argos High School.  Plan now to either participate or attend the Argos High School Minute To Win It competition this Saturday, March 19th in the High School Gym.  Call the Argos High School for more information (892-5137).  This event is underwritten by Teachers Credit Union.
