11/23/11 On Monday, November 21st at 6:22pm, Jerry Watson 50, of Plymouth entered the Marshall County Probation Department and set off the metal detector.  Watson was asked to empty his pockets, when doing so they found him to be in possession of an unknown white powder and a cigar laced with marijuana.  Watson was transported to the Marshall County Jail by Officer Cleveland of the Plymouth Police Department where he was booked in for possession of marijuana, with a $1000.00 cash bond.  He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 13th at 8:30am. 

Later that evening around 11:11pm, on Monday, November 21st Officer Paul Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department responded to a domestic fight in the 300 block of Garro Street.  After an investigation it was found that both Shannon Borem 24, of Plymouth and Christopher McDonald 23, of Plymouth were at fault.  They were both transported to the Marshall County Jail where both were booked in for Domestic Battery.  Borem’s cash bond is set at $1500.00, and McDonald’s bond was set at $750.00 cash.  Both Borem and McDonald are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 13th at 8:30am.
