New Student Orientation at Argos Jr. Sr. High

08/12/11 It can be intimidating to be a new student at a new school.  To help with this challenge, the Guidance Department at Argos Jr.-Sr. High School is hosting a New Student Orientation on Monday, August 15^th from 10AM-1PM. The Guidance Department will be assisted by student helpers, many of whom were also new to Argos Schools in years past. 

A variety of games and activities are planned designed to help students get accustomed to the building, staff and fellow students.  A treasure hunt throughout the building will be enjoyed and students will earn points as they collect signatures from meeting staff members during their hunt for treasure.  Their ultimate goal will be to the find the treasure AND place in the top three “point getters” as a prize awaits these coveted spots…

So all students new to Argos Jr.-Sr. High School (incoming 7^th -12^th graders) are reminded to meet in the lobby at 10AM on Monday, August 15^th for this fun-filled introduction to the start of their career as an Argos Jr.-Sr. High School Student.
