02/15/11 Detective Neal Wallace from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a possible child molesting case. 

On Friday, January 28^th the Indiana Department of Child Service contacted the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department requesting assistance.  The DCS staff was investigating a report of possible child molesting involving Billy Nieubuurt. 

At approximately 3:10 p.m. on January 28^th Billy Nieubuurt turned himself in at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. 

A subsequent investigation resulted in Mr. Nieubuurt bring incarcerated for an A felony for child molesting and a C felony for vicarious sexual gratification.
