08/01/11 On Wednesday, July 27th at approximately 3:15 p.m. the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 300 block of Webster Street in reference to a male subject breaking windows in a vehicle.
Upon arrival it was determined that Daniel J. Wilson, 20, of North Judson was having an argument with his girlfriend and is part owner of the vehicle with a broken window. After being told to quiet downy officers, Mr. Wilson continued to direct loud foul language to his girlfriend and her friend. He was arrested and also charged with resisting arrest. Wilson was transported to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department where he was charged with both disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. He was held on a cash bond of $1000.00. He has a scheduled court appearance on August 16th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #2.
