09-09-11 On Thursday, September 8th at 12:33 A.M. Officer Jordan Rans with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 30 year old James R. Parrot Jr. of Valparaiso at the Plymouth Police Department. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant through Marshall County for a civil contempt charge. Parrot was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $6,700 bond.
